About Us
Sweet 1603 was started when I outgrew the home kitchen with my passion for creating delicious desserts for any occasion. While I absolutely love creating treats I also maintain full time employment for my main stream of income.
The shop is open for retail sales on most weekends for you to purchase items in individual servings. Additionally, custom orders can be placed via this website for pick-up by appointment.
My Story
It all started with an Easy Bake oven I was gifted at 7 years old. I gradually enhanced my skills and passion for baking and made my very first New York Style cheesecake for thanksgiving at 14 years old. Baking served as an outlet for me to get through exams while at community college. It's the process for me! Bringing simple ingredients together in just the right way to create delectable desserts is my passion. My niche in the industry has grown to be the classic southern style desserts with full-fat, full-sugar, and the intention to partake in moderation.
